Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) will be hosting a conference to showcase its vision for delivering sustainable healthcare for the future. This 1-day event will look at aspects of healthcare in an acute Trust and how sustainability can enhance and ensure care is fit for the future.
MFT declared a climate emergency in 2019 and is revising its Green Plan in line with NHS England’s ambition to be Net Zero carbon by 2040. These ambitions cannot be delivered in isolation, we need to come together to inspire, collaborate and take action.
Expert panels will discuss how buildings, people, clinical and digital workstreams can deliver sustainable healthcare for the future.
